Case Study

We had a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with the Nikon USA team. We created a smart-routing support platform. The application determines the nearest location based on the customer's problem type. The system would route the nearest authorized support retailer to service the camera. We created an AngularJS app for the customer-facing support website and a custom SaleForce backend system. We developed a dozen APEX pages and configured and built many custom objects and fields. Lastly, we built automated workflows and web services that would sync Nikon's systems.
